“Hotel has stains all over carpets in the lobby, stairs, and rooms. The safe was precariously placed on a wood pillar, the ac unit cord had a large burn mark on it from where it shorted out previously, the light in the bathroom was non functional. The property needs a lot of serious updating and cleaning.”

“Upon checking in the front desk person was laid back on the sofa and completely ignored me. It took another couple to walk in 5mins after me for him to get up and help me. He was very rude and irritated he had to help guests. I went down to the lobby after I got into my room and asked if there was a microwave. While heating up my food the same guy was nodding out standing up. Very unprofessional!”

“Room was clean. There’s a restaurant in the lobby and they don’t offer room service. Breakfast was so-so. On the weekend it’s buffet style and you have to pay for it. It’s the same ol stuff the other hotels have for free. All in all it was nice though and the kids had fun swimming.”
